QUALITY
In our daily work and throughout all our processes, Grafotisak is recognized for its dedication and commitment to quality: from meeting the quality – related needs of our employees, to meeting the expectations of our customers and partners, and ensuring the quality requirements of the environment. To achieve all of this, we have developed and implemented an Integrated Management System in Grafotisak that encompasses and aligns all systems and international standards we have implemented in Grafotisak and committed to over the years, including: Quality Management System, ISO 9001:2015; Environmental Management System, ISO 14001:2015; and Occupational Health and Safety Management System, ISO 45001:2018.

We are committed to maintaining and continuously improving high quality standards across all our processes and activities, striving to deliver exceptional quality in our products and services.

OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY
We hold a deep sense of gratitude and respect for all our employees and on daily basis we invest continuous effort to ensure that our people feel safe and remain safe at their workplaces. We aim to create a positive and encouraging working environment and are committed to managing our social and societal impact responsibly. Occupational health and safety remain our lasting priority. We pay particular attention to the availability and proper use of personal protective equipment, machine and tool safety, clear instructions for safe working practices, and ensuring safe and reliable physical working conditions.

We are committed to actively identifying, preventing and eliminating potential risks, continuously improving safety practices and raising employee awareness. We ensure a safe and healthy working environment for all employees, in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and with respect for internationally recognized labour and human rights standards. We actively take all necessary measures to prevent injuries and accidents at work, including providing training in occupational safety, fire protection, and the safe handling and disposal of hazardous chemicals. With the support and engagement of all employees, we ensure that all our workspaces remain clean, safe and fully appropriate for their intended use.

DATA, INFORMATION AND INFORMATION SYSTEMS SECURITY
In all our processes and activities, we are aware of the challenges of the modern business environment and the critical importance of protecting data, information and information systems to ensure safe, reliable and responsible operations. We actively work to strengthen employee awareness of data protection (with a particular focus on personal data), information security and information system security; incident management, including rapid identification, reporting and mitigation of security events; continuous improvement of our systems, processes and activities in line with changes in legislation, technology and business needs; and the application of appropriate technical and organizational security measures, including access control, data backup and incident recovery planning.

We are committed to continuously enhancing data protection, information security and information system security, ensuring that all our processes and activities within the Integrated Management System operate in line with the highest standards of security and responsibility. Our goal is to ensure that all personal data and business information we process remain protected, secure and accessible only to authorized individuals, while maintaining confidentiality, integrity and availability.

INNOVATION AND TECHNOLOGICAL ADVANCEMENT – OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE AND SUSTAINABILITY
Guided by strong customer commitment and long – standing business partnerships, and by continually monitoring the dynamic graphic industry market, we recognize the importance and role of technology in our production processes, especially concerning the maintenance of high – quality standards. Grafotisak has always kept pace with the latest technological advancements in production of graphic products, and our aim is to continue doing so in the future – from the introduction and development of advanced automation processes to the continuous improvement of the process of production of graphic products.

We are committed to ongoing investment in new and modern machines, contemporary and innovative production technologies; researching and applying innovative approaches and advanced automation in distribution and production; developing and implementing processes that support our sustainability, responsible business and environmental goals; and continuously monitoring and adapting to technological and industry trends.

ENVIRONMENT
Together with our employees and business activities, the environment in which we operate is always at the centre of our processes and activities, and our responsibility toward the environment is among our most important obligations. Within the framework of sustainable development and with the aim of achieving our sustainability goals, we are now more committed than ever to preventing and reducing the possible negative environmental impacts of our operations and activities.

We acknowledge climate change as a key factor that can affect our business, environment and stakeholders, and we actively work to reduce our contribution to such changes across all aspects of our processes and activities.

We are committed to responsible environmental impact management, with a particular focus on water use, waste generation and disposal, energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions, including CO₂ emissions. We work actively to use water responsibly and to separate waste by type to facilitate recycling and proper disposal, including the safe handling and disposal of hazardous chemicals. We set targets and take measures to reduce energy consumption and emissions to continually decrease our environmental footprint. We continue developing solutions for reducing emissions, strengthening climate action and reporting, and promoting environmentally friendly products and services as a key part of our sustainability strategy.

BIODIVERSITY
Biodiversity encompasses all forms of life and their interactions within ecosystems, and its preservation ensures the sustainability of our planet for future generations. Aware of the importance of sustainable ecosystems for environmental balance and the quality of life of future generations, we actively work to reduce the negative impact of our activities on natural habitats through: sustainable resource use, including reducing water, energy and material consumption and promoting recycling and reuse; responsible waste management, including proper waste separation and disposal, with special attention to hazardous substances to minimize impacts on soil and aquatic ecosystems; selecting and promoting environmentally friendly products and materials, especially those with lower environmental impact and those not associated with deforestation or forest degradation.

We are committed to preserving biodiversity and natural ecosystems and to reducing the possible negative impact of our activities on the environment and natural habitats.

FSC® CHAIN OF CUSTODY
Within the Integrated Management System, Grafotisak has developed and implemented the Forest Stewardship Council® Chain of Custody, in accordance with the international standard FSC-STD-40-004 V3-1. Through our FSC® (FSC-C110418) Chain of Custody, we promote the responsible use of forest resources, biodiversity conservation, environmental protection, respect for workers’ rights and rights of local communities, as well as ethical and transparent business practices. Furthermore, Grafotisak is committed to adhering to the FSC® Core Labour Requirements, including the prohibition of child and forced labour, the prevention of discrimination, and respect for workers’ rights to freedom of association and collective bargaining, aiming to ensure ethical and safe working environment. Across all our processes and activities, we actively promote the use of FSC® certified materials whilst highlighting the importance and role of products holding the FSC® label, ensuring that materials we use originate from sustainable sources and that the products comply with the principles of responsible forest management.

We are committed to the continuous improvement of our management system, responsible use of natural resources and support for global efforts to protect forests. It is our obligation and responsibility to maintain compliance with FSC® requirements, encourage responsible procurement and production, and actively contribute to environmental protection for the benefit of current and future generations.
